Payments and orders made after 12pm will only be allocated to orders the next day which could result in a delay of the shipment of your parcel

Goeters uit my Hart is a business in the Crafting industry that markets craft products

Delivery policy
Orders will be processed within 1 – 2 days on receipt of order which is separate to the duration of the delivery. Couriers only come to the area twice a week which means that parcels will only go out twice a week.  If you made a payment on Thursday after the courier was here, your parcel will only leave the next Tuesday, when they do pickups again.

 The delivery could take 3 – 5 days depending on the courier services. The buyer is responsible to make sure that a contact number is provided, otherwise the buyer’s parcel will not be shipped and could cause for the delivery to be delayed. Kindly take note, that orders placed during an online sale or public holidays/ annual leave will take a day longer than normal, due to the high volume of orders. Your patience is appreciated!

Return Policy
Goeters uit my Hart will only accept returns of defective items within 30 days for credit or replace the item.  Items must be returned to Goeters uit my Hart at the client’s own expense.

Customer Privacy Policy
Goeters uit my Hart shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer into D Havenga’s bank account, the details of which will be provided once the order and shipping amount have
 been communicated to the client.

Refund Policy
If Goeters uit my Hart needs to do a refund, they have 7 working days in which to do so.  In an event where a refund is needed, the client also have the choice of receiving credit or another item to the same value.

Stock levels
Kindly note that we have both an online store and a Whatsapp store. This means that sometimes the item that you have added to your cart could be out of stock. However, we will try our best to ensure that this doesn’t occur.
